  1. Horseradish Sauce

  3. Serve this cold sauce with corned beef brisket or prime rib.

  5. Makes about 1 cup
  6.  
  7. 3/4 cup Sour cream
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
  10. Salt and white pepper to taste
  11.  
  12. Mix all ingredients well. Chill.
